2. Enrollment and Registration

2.1 To enroll in our driving courses, you must complete the registration form and provide accurate information. 2.2 You must be at least 16 years old to enroll, or meet the minimum age requirement as per the driving laws in your state/province. 2.3 Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by M Reputation Driving School.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan before the course begins. 3.2 We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. 3.3 All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date. 4.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date are non-refundable. 4.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

5. Course Conduct

5.1 You are expected to attend all scheduled classes and practical driving lessons. 5.2 In case of absence, notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your lesson. 5.3 Consistent lateness or absenteeism may result in additional charges or dismissal from the course without a refund.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 You must follow all instructions given by your instructor and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. 6.2 Unsafe driving practices or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the course without a refund. 6.3 You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to reckless behavior.

7. Liability

7.1 M Reputation Driving School is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from accidents during practical lessons. 7.2 We ensure our vehicles are maintained to a high standard and instructors are qualified and experienced.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. 8.2 Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state/province in which M Reputation Driving School operates. 9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our state/province.
